I wrote Unplayed Potential because I have experienced what it is like to be capable, committed, and working incredibly hard—yet unable to see the patterns keeping me from the life and work I truly wanted.

I have also witnessed what becomes possible when individuals, leaders, and teams can see more of what is actually influencing their situation.
