The Training
What You Will Learn
The Circle Tool brings the wisdom of constellation work into a structured, accessible process you can confidently use with individuals, leaders, teams and organizations. You will explore the principles behind systemic constellation work, learn how to recognize patterns and relationships within a system, and practice guiding a session from the initial question toward meaningful insight and a grounded next step. Learning to work from the knowing field, or intuitive field, calls for a different set of skills than relying on what is predictable: noticing what emerges, staying curious and responding to what the system reveals.
You will learn in a cohort with other students, sharing stories, exploring case histories, and doing practicum work. Through discussion, observation and hands-on practice, you will build the confidence to use The Circle Tool thoughtfully in your own coaching, consulting or leadership practice.

Learn from Jodi L Standke
As the founder of Talon Performance Group, Inc., Jodi has spent her career helping leaders, teams and business owners move through the challenges that keep them stuck. After years of working with assessments, training and coaching, she discovered constellation work and saw how quickly it could reveal what other approaches missed.
In 2024, Jodi and Jamie Lee created The Circle Tool to make these principles accessible to anyone ready to understand the dynamics in their families, leadership, teams and organizations. Now she is passionate about equipping fellow practitioners to bring this work to their own clients.
