In 2024, Jodi Standke and Jamie Lee set out to bring the powerful principles of Systemic Organizational Constellation Work to individuals and teams eager to understand their system dynamics in families, leadership, teams, businesses and organizations.
By creating a 3-D representation of what is on your mind, you gain new perspective and see solutions that would otherwise remain hidden. A part of you already knows what is needed. The Circle Tool helps you get out of your head and trust it.

Four Steps From Stuck to Clear
Guided by a trained Circle Tool Coach, and simple enough for managers, business owners and leaders to use on a basic level.
Assessment
Using the nested circles, we clarify where you are now and where you want to go: the Known, the Unknown and the Unknowable.
Discovery
We flip the board to the knowing field. You place figures and blocks to represent people and elements, and let what is true reveal itself.
Clarification
We look deeper at what surfaced, exploring which resources could be added and which barriers can be removed, reframed or changed.
Action
With eyes on the real problem, we chart a clear, grounded plan forward so change can happen quickly and last.
