Talon Performance Group was built on a simple observation: what is not being seen can profoundly affect what is possible.
For decades, I have worked alongside individuals and organizations to help them see their situations more fully, understand the consequential factors at work, make better-informed choices, and carry those choices into action.
This work is personal. It is direct. And it does not operate in isolation from the strategy, expertise, capability, effort, and execution that also matter.
The capability at the heart of the work
Alignment Intelligence is Talon's term for a sufficiently developed, evaluated understanding of what is affecting a situation, made useful for decision.
It is also a capability: the ability to develop, evaluate, update, and use that understanding as circumstances change and new information emerges.
